Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"We had a great time. Waiting for a flight tomorrow. We had a Chicken Cheesesteak and a burnt-end Turkey sandwich. Both really good. Service was pleasant and attentive. Food was great!"
"A polite, smiling associate delivered my WARM APPLE TART within 5 minutes of placing my room service order. The tart: 7.5/10 Good. Not the best thing I ever tasted, but good. Satisfied my sweet tooth. Was pleasantly surprised (I almost didn’t order due to all the bad reviews). The ice cream: 0/10. This is really bizarre. It’s rock hard and flavorless. Like it’s not sweet, not creamy, there’s no vanilla flavor…just a cold, yellow rock. Cost: $20 (with tax, tip and room delivery fee) I get it: room service is expensive, it’s an airport hotel restaurant, etc. So all things considered, this was decent."
"We were skeptical about eating here due to the low ratings but at the same time we were kind of trapped at the hotel. Food: it was definitely not bad. It is a normal food you would get at a hotel restaurant. Burger was cooked properly and the cheesesteak was decent. Service: slow but only one person working to serve multiple. He did a great job based on the resources management gave to him. Ambiance: quiet, nice setting, our booth table had a TV as well. Don’t read into the reviews. Just come and enjoy!"
"Who ever expects a good meal at an airport restaurant? I certainly don’t, so I was surprised at how good the fish tacos are here. Like legit some of the best fish tacos I’ve in forever. Crispy fresh fish. Super fresh slaw. Nice fresh flour tortillas. Truffle fries solid too. Asparagus were not overcooked, wow. Super personable staff. Expensive, but is what it is."
"The atmosphere is decent, the music was good. I got a booth seat but there's a seat right under a monitor that displays ads and other news - which I imagine isn't the most comfortable. The seating comfort seems inconsistent. Menu: the menu choice was quite odd to me. The menu is small (which is fine), but the iPad serves no purpose other than it has a ugly UI. The top has an ad to the software used, and it seems like a total waste. Just use paper, more tree die to power the dumb iPad than would be to print out laminated menus. Food: Food was good overall. We got two chicken noodle soups which tasted good $10 each. The mild barbeque wings were 8/10 and went well with the ranch. We got an olive dish, which tasted exactly how a bunch of olives would taste. It was great for olive lovers (me) but nothing special. Quite expensive but that is to be expected from an airport hotel restaurant."
"The food was very good. We had a cheesesteak flatbread, soft pretzels with beer cheese, and dessert. The prices on the other hand are ridiculous. What would cost around $40 in any other restaurant was $70. But you have to remember this is at the airport and you are paying a huge markup for convenience. The service was OK and the server was friendly. It was a little bit too loud in there and dark, but overall a nice place. Especially when you consider that you were at the airport and have no choice but to eat at this establishment."
"I almost didn’t eat here after reading some of the reviews… which would have been a HUGE mistake. The Baggage Burgers and cheesesteak were delicious, and the espresso martini was *chef’s kiss*. Debbie was our server and she was awesome—friendly, attentive, and clearly knows what she’s doing. Moral of the story: don’t believe everything you read, eat the food, drink the martini, and thank me later. Definitely recommend for lunch or dinner."
"Prices were outrageous, but the service was good and the food was average. We had dinner here and got the smash burger. Fries were good and the burger was pretty good. We also got breakfast here. My husband's breakfast wrap and breakfast potatoes were good. I got the French toast and it was soggy unfortunately. Overall, it's overpriced due to being connected to the airport, but the quality service put it at 4 stars."
